DESCRIPTION:ICICTE seeks to address the many challenges and new direct
 ions presented by technological innovations in educational settings. 
 \nICICTE conferences bring together an international community of scho
 lars and practitioners in a forum setting. Opportunities for discussio
 n on current thinking and practices in applications of technology to e
 ducation are enhanced by the limited number of participants.  The Univ
 ersity of the Fraser Valley, organiser of the ICICTE, awards annually 
 the UFV Graduate Student Paper Prize of 1000 euros for research contri
 bution to the annual conference. Up to five finalists are invited to p
 resent their research at the Graduate Student Award Symposium of the c
 onference. First given in 2004, this award recognizes the work of upco
 ming scholars and practitioners. The conference’s social programs ha
 ve always brought Greek hospitality to the fore of our meetings and di
 scussions.  The Mediterranean environment, the limited number of parti
 cipants, and the intimate setting allow attendees to develop associati
 ons that extend into post-conference activities.  For more details ple
