 f in Logo learning and project building. Use MicroWorlds™, Scratch ,
  and other Logo software environments. Design and build cybernetic dev
 ices of all kinds and control them using Logo programs. Use a variety 
 of robotics systems from LEGO®, Gleason Research, Playful Invention C
 ompany and the MIT Media Lab.\n\nUse Logo to explore mathematics, scie
 nce, language, and music.\nDesign Logo environments for very young chi
 ldren.\nCreate games, animated stories, and multimedia presentations.\
 nWork with simulations in physics, biology, ecology, economics, and ot
 her areas\nBuild and program machines such as scanners, robot arms, an
 d conveyor belts that can sort bricks by color.\nDesign and build smar
 t vehicles that seek light, follow a line, or avoid obstacles.\nUse pr
 ogrammable bricks to collect data and communicate with each other.\nBu
 ild your own sensors.\n\nAt this year's Institute we will use MicroWor
 lds EX and Scratch. Robotics hardware choices will include both the RC
 X, NXT and WeDo from LEGO, the GoGo Board, Pico Cricket and the Handy
